| Introduction: |
Last year, Dover Downs Hotel & Casino completed its hotel expansion, growing to 500 guest rooms and suites to become the largest hotel in Delaware. Toppers Spa/Salon also opened a luxurious spa oasis for women and men, and Michele's completed a complete renovation.
The Colonnade casino expansion is progressing rapidly toward an early opening date and will bring more gaming, dining, shopping and great casino lounge entertainment than is offered elsewhere in Delaware. All finish work is now expected to be completed by July.

 In June 2007, ground was broken for “The Colonnade,” a magnificent 70,000-square-foot expansion to feature a stunning three-story rotunda lobby, more than 500 additional slot machines, Public House restaurant, Doc Magrogan's Oyster House, Marabella's Italian restaurant, Sweet Perks Too gourmet coffee café, Fashions of The Colonnade, Godiva Chocolatier, Swarovski, The Colonnade Marketplace, and the exciting Fire & Ice Lounge with seating for 200. |

The Fire & Ice Lounge at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino will be an exciting venue to enjoy live entertainment or watch sporting events. The circular bar lounge area is designed with both bar and table seating and multiple large-screen HDTVs to watch game highlights or headline news. The cozy casino lounge retreat will feature a stage for live performances, dance floor and VIP seating.

Public House dishes up All-American fare with uncommon flair from unique appetizers to delicious desserts, plus 30 beer varieties, great wines and specialty cocktails. Public House's laid back atmosphere is hop for the young professional crowd to have drinks and enjoy weekend entertainment, yet its comtemporary ambience is perfect for a power lunch or happy hour.
