The now tripleheader Friday Night Fights series at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino on Feb. 24 in the Rollins Center arena features a new event on the card.  Super featherweights Juan Carlos “Miniburgos” Burgos (28-1, 19 KOs) and Cristobal “Lacandón” Cruz (39-12-3, 23 KOs) will go head to head for the WBC Silver Super Featherweight Championship Title in a 10-round bout.

"We are pleased to now have three great title fights with the addition of the Burgos-Cruz title bout, making the card that much better and one not to miss,” said Ed Sutor, President/CEO of Dover Downs Hotel & Casino.

Edgar “El Chamaco” Santana (26-3, 17 KOs) and Manuel Perez (16-7, 4 KOs) will battle for Santana’s NABA Junior Welterweight Championship Title, rounding out the triple-header title fights.

Member of the Tiberi boxing dynasty, “Mighty” Mike Tiberi of Smyrna, Del., will fight for his first title, the WBF Intercontinental Super Middleweight Championship Title.

The under card is highlighted by NABF Female Super Featherweight Title holder, “Queen” Ronica Jeffery (8-0, 1 KO), of Bronx, N.Y., and undefeated light heavyweight “The Bull” Anthony “Caputo” Smith of Kennett Square, Pa. (12-0, 10 KOs).
