For larger events we recommend the elegant 18,000-square-foot Rollins Center®, a column-free, multi-purpose event space featuring 22’ ceiling with option to subdivide into three sound-proof sections that range in size from 4,600 to 7,200 sq. ft. The Rollins Center features 680 retractable auditorium seats, a 1,700-square-foot stage, state of the art audio/visual equipment and 7,500 square feet of luxurious pre-function space. The Rollins Center accommodates 1,500 guests for reception and theatre-style seating, 1,000 guests for banquet-style seating, or 100 8’x10’ exhibit booths for trade shows. |

| With the Day Meeting Package, your meeting room will be set up according to your specifications with pads, pens, candies and water on all the tables. We provide a meeting essentials tool kit with markers, paper clips, stapler, calculator, Post-It notes and masking tape. Every room is equipped with two flip charts and a projection screen. Breakfast and A.M. Break Start-of-the-day service features our grand continental breakfast of fresh-brewed coffees (regular and decaffeinated), specialty teas, assorted chilled juices and sodas, bottled water, yogurts varieties, fresh-sliced seasonal fruits, cold cereals and milk, breakfast pastries, freshly baked breads, muffins and bagels.
Lunch and Afternoon Breaks The mid-day package includes a scrumptious buffet lunch with selections to delight all tastes. The buffet includes various hot entrees, daily specials, lavish desserts and assorted soft drinks.
